Then he starts circling the Airport trying to find another customer. Anyway someone rocks up 1.5 hours after the original call to them. We called back after 45 mins told our driver was on the way. He had the space and was picking up anyway! He also refused to take another woman who was waiting. Turns out the drivers are all self employed. A driver with a minibus came twice but wouldn’t take us. They told us 30 mins and our driver would arrive. Fair enough we thought, we told them we had arrived. You exit the terminal and there’s a sign and a phone. The instructions on the email say there’s a kiosk and a tablet to use to confirm your attendance. Enjoy your travels.Īfter flying for 11.5 hours you just want to get to your hotel! No such luck. The dispatcher for Super Shuttle told me a few times a day he meets individuals who are stranded by this company and the sign is indicative of their impending demise. However, there is a sign at LAX near the Super Shuttle that they are not servicing LAX as of June 1. The manager did tell me on the phone that they contract out and have to find dispatchers. I could have jumped on Super Shuttle 1.5 hours ago and been at my hotel relaxing. I was issued a refund I’m awaiting to process. Why aren’t the Go Shuttles near the airport if they know what time we are arriving. The Super Shuttle picked us up within 7 minutes. We'll also help you with your luggage so you can travel without hassle. This ensures you don't have to walk as far as you might with other shuttle services. When you ride with SuperShuttle Express of Los Angeles, we'll pick you up and drop you off directly at your terminal. I called back in 45 minutes demanding a refund and hopped on one Super Shuttle w/a 10 passenger option for the same price. Your trip should be as simple and stress-free as possible. I asked for the manager who said if after 30 minutes we didn’t get picked up that we could request a refund then and only then and that the company doesn’t guarantee times. Then I called and they said they were dispatching our drivers and to give them 30 mins. When I arrived outside I couldn’t find a sign at LAX. They seemed to offer the most reasonable price for 2 private vans from the airport to my hotel. I booked online under Go Airport Shuttle. Next time I will take an Uber or Lyft or ask a friend to drive, any one of which would be more pleasant and predictable. If I could rate them a zero I would. I am sorry I chose Prime Time aka Executive Ride, LLC. It took over a month and 4 requests before I received the refund for the return trip. I canceled the return trip and was refused a refund for this outbound trip. We stopped in LA to pick up two more passengers, so 3 of us were crammed in the back seat like sardines and we weren't small people. The check engine light was on and the vehicle squeaked on turns, we did not feel safe. The driver drove erratically, did not slow down for bumps, was in a hurry, was on the phone most of the time with other customers because the customer service number was not answering. Imagine my surprise when he showed up in a little Prius. I booked way in advance to be sure they'd have plenty of space. The text message I received said the driver was enroute but did not specify the driver's name or make of vehicle. I had seen Prime Time's vans for years at LAX, so when Roadrunner shut down operations it was a natural to choose Prime Time.
